Move-in Checklist
First Month's Rent & Security Deposit
Your first month's month's rent payment and security deposit are both payable at the lease signing. Without these amounts, we can't release the keys.
Move-in Date & Inspection
Our team will set your move-in date and provide all of the necessary details about the inspection at the lease signing.
Utilities
By moving into one of our homes, you accept responsibility for all utility accounts for the property. Put these in your name immediately upon signing the lease to avoid losing access.

Notice of Intent to Vacate

Property Condition
Before you hand in the keys, you'll need to properly clean and empty the property. This includes the steps below.
- Rental Cleaning: Carefully clean every room in your home, remove all of your personal belongings, and dispose of any garbage. Mop/sweep/vacuum the floors, wipe down walls and hard surfaces and disinfect the bathrooms and kitchen.
- Landscaping & Outdoor Areas: If you have outdoor space where you routinely address maintenance tasks like lawn care, do these chores once more before moving out.
- Repairs: If any damage occurred during your stay, please take the necessary steps to fix these problems before moving out.
Security Deposit
Your security deposit protects against damage that isn't repaired before your departure. We conduct a final inspection when you vacate the premises and will schedule repairs for any new damage we identify. We will deduct the costs for these repairs from the deposit and return the remaining amount to you.
