Scott Schuhwerk - President/Founder
Scott is a lifelong resident of Sacramento, raised in Granite Bay, Ca. He attended college at California State University, Chico where he earned his bachelor's degree in Business with an emphasis in economics. Out of college he started with Investment Banking firm Barclays Global Investors where he later transitioned into Wholesale Lending for the secondary lending markets with another lending institution. With over 7 years of experience in real estate investing and asset management, Scott is the Founding Principle of Vienna Holding Corporation and Vienna Property Management.
At Vienna Holding Corp, Scott oversees daily operations, works with referral partners, training programs and implementation of new marketing programs.
Scott is a member of The National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM), California Association of Realtors (CAR) Placer County Association of Realtors (PCAR), and a licensed real estate agent. He spends a great deal of time networking, building long lasting referral relationships and ensuring the best possible customer service possible.

Ken Smith
Ken has been in the Placer county area for more than 10 yrs and originally a Bay Area “transplant” originally for Hewlett Packard for their sales organization(s). After leaving HP, his entrepreneurial nature took him into business for himself and eventually into the real estate industry for the last 7 yrs. Ken is a well rounded agent in all aspects of real estate, mortgages and property solutions. Originally starting with a direct lender as a loan officer, he became a top producer and sr. loan officer and eventually working for 2 other mortgage brokers before focusing on the real estate side and less on the mortgage side of real estate. He is a licensed Real Estate agent (DRE #01799871) for the last 4 yrs, and he currently personally manages properties for clients as well.
Ken got his Economics Degree (with a focus on business and international trade), from U.C. Santa Cruz and continues to strive to be the best R.E. Agent and Property Manager that he can be with outstanding customer service and high availability – he’s is always available if you need to contact him via phone or email.
Kathryn Weston
I originally got my license in Southern California in 1987. Health issues caused my family to move to the Sacramento area in 1988. I worked for awhile with Coldwell Banker, then launched my own interior decorating company. However, it became too difficult to move around furniture and I returned to real estate in 2003. I again went to work for Coldwell Banker until I joined Vienna Holding Corp. in 2009. I enjoy working with Vienna Holding Corp. because I have the opportunity to work in varied programs ~ Rent-to-Own, Vienna Property Management, as well as traditional residential real estate.
In all my business endeavors, integrity is of the utmost importance to me. I give all my clients my full attention and strive to always to go above and beyond in insuring their needs are met.

Ashley Lombardi - Executive Assistant
Ashley has worked for Vienna Property Management as an assistant for the past year, working on our daily marketing and advertising. I’m from Sacramento, Ca and currently live in Roseville, Ca. Right now I am attending Sierra College working on my psychology major while working on my general education and planning on transferring to Sacramento State University.
My day to day activities at Vienna include the constant marketing of our properties on our websites, working with our database to follow up on lead inquires and supporting the leasing agents with any help they need on their property portfolios.

Kyle Fazelian
Born in Northern California and having lived in the southwest Placer County region for the last 22 years, Kyle has a wealth of knowledge and experience in the Sacramento and surrounding communities. Kyle has a background in sales where he has 14 years of experience in negotiating the best deals for his clients. He bring his experience to the table every time he represents either a landlord or tenant. Kyle has been specializing in Lease Options for almost two years now and truly enjoys helping both investors, homeowners and future homeowners achieve their goals.

Scott Wallace
Scott grew up in Carmichael where he graduated from Rio Americano High School in 2002. He continued his education at Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, graduating from with a Bachelors Degree in 2006. Scott has since been in sales and customer service upon graduating from Cal Poly. He currently holds his Brokers License (DRE #01870700) and has a true passion for Real Estate with a emphasis in Lease Options. On his free time, Scott enjoys golfing, skiing, traveling and enjoying time with his family.
