Due to the volume of calls our office receives, to receive prompt action, the best form of contact is via email. If you do not have access to email, you are always able to call our office.

We require all general and maintenance request to be submitting to our office in writing, which allows us to keep records of all important tenancy issues and prevents any miscommunication, this can be done on our website under the Maintenance Request link

When is Rent Due :

It is your responsibility to pay rent on time, rent is due on or before the due date as specified in your lease agreement. We make it convenient for you to pay your rent online, via credit card if needed. It is important to remember that the owner of the property has financial commitments to meet and they rely on rent being paid on time. If your rent falls behind, we will advise the owner of their option to end your rental agreement and we will act according to their instructions.

What am I responsible for as a tenant ? :

As a tenant you are responsible to maintain the property in the same or similar condition, less fair wear and tear, as it was at the commencement of your lease. The owner of the property is responsible to make repairs to any building issues, plumbing, electrical, heating and general repairs considered fair wear and tear.
